I was a little frustrated when I only received one antler, instead of the 5 pictured but some awesome customer service saved the day. Sometimes all it takes is a little sincere acknowledgment on the part of the company. Other than that, my dog absolutely love the antler -- and it really does stand up better to all the chewing!

While we loved this product I made the mistake like many others of thinking that there is more than one antler but there is not! If you have multiple dogs you will have to buy multiple antlers!

I found that my dog who is a power chewer was able to go through the antler very fast. The one that we received was very long and narrow making it easy for her to chew through it VERY quickly. Also, be warned that these are very good but very messy compared to the antlers that you get at the pet stores (i'm guessing that this is something to do with the natural aspect).
