Grace's Long Day

She's up promptly at 6:00 a.m., to be first in line for breakfast. Then it's time for morning nap.

At around 11 a.m., it's time to check the food dishes, to make sure nothing has been added unexpectedly.

Move on to the living room, grab the top spot in the window perch, soak up a little sun, watch the birds and squirrels, and doze a bit.

4:45 p.m. and mom is home! Dinner time! Dinner time! Grace paces anxiously around the kitchen - got to be first to sample the evening's menu.

After dinner, time to hang around by the front door, maybe sneak outside a little and help with watering the garden.

At 7:30, it's time to watch the humans eat their dinner and beg for food. Grace will eat any type of human food, vegetables to desert, she's not picky.

Then, time to relax on the couch until bedtime, unless there's computer work to be done. If there is, Grace needs to supervise, even though she snoozes, as this picture proves.
