My dog has a bad habit of trying to swallow whole pieces of rawhide -- not with these -- they break apart as he chews them. A little large for our 90 lb. dog so we cut them in half. I wish they were 6" or 7". Very good product for our needs. I like that I-pets checks/monitors their vendors for safety since I guess all these twists come from outside the U.S. -- that is a big deal to me. I like that pork is easier for our dog to digest too.
My dog loves this bone. He can't have much beef so I was looking for alternatives, which are hard to find. My 65lb husky, lab, Australian Sheppard mix loves these. They don't stain flooring and are reasonably priced. I get the smaller size for him. I always stock up on these and hope they always keep carrying them! I definitely recommend these bones.
I have a five month old Dutch Shepherd puppy named Semper, she absolutely loves these cool rope like bones. They keep her busy and give her something to chew on she is teething. There is no mess left behind from these either which is a great thing.
My pit mix couldn't get enough of this rope bone! He chomped and chewed until it was all gone! It lasted about 45 minutes, which for him, is a LONG time. Great product!
They are great. My dog has problems with beef rawhide. I looked all over to find an alternative. Since these are made of pork, it works. Our dog loves them.
